Youth and Free

The Bible is a timeless source of wisdom, guidance, and encouragement for people of all ages. For young people, the Scriptures offer a unique perspective on how to live a life that honours God, even in a world that often pulls them in different directions. Youth is a formative period, a time when individuals are shaping their identities, values, and futures. Serving God during these years is not only a noble endeavour but also a transformative one. The Bible is filled with verses that speak directly to young people, encouraging them to dedicate their lives to God, to seek His will, and to use their gifts and talents for His glory. (1 Timothy 4:12) This verse is a powerful reminder that youth is not a limitation when it comes to serving God. Timothy was a young leader in the early church, and Paul encouraged him to lead by example. Young people have the ability to influence others through their words, actions, and character. This verse challenges youth to live in a way that reflects Christ, even when others may doubt their abilities because of their age.

God often calls young people to do great things for His kingdom. Jeremiah felt inadequate because of his youth, but God assured him that He would equip and protect him. (Jeremiah 1:7-8 ) This verse reminds young people that God’s calling is not limited by age and that He will provide the strength and courage needed to fulfil His purposes.
